About ING

Join us
If you would like to become an ING customer, we would be happy to help you at one of our ING branches. In just 20 minutes, we can give you an account and Internet Banking access. Please remember to bring your passport or identity card and official proof of your address, such as a tenancy agreement.
How we help you with online banking in English
Most of our services are in Dutch. However, we have provided a manual in English to help you get started with Internet Banking.
Mobile Banking
There is an English version of our Mobile Banking App, so you can control your finances completely in English. Whether your device is a tablet, or a smartphone, you can bank with us anywhere. Download our Mobile Banking app to:
- check your account balances;
- review transactions;
- make payments;
- manage your savings and credit card summaries.

If you need more information or help arranging your financial affairs, feel free to call our consultants on 0900 0933. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:00 (10c per minute).
Visit an ING branch
You can also pay a visit to one of our ING branches. Our consultants there can help you with your daily banking affairs. If you have any questions or need help with your financial affairs, mortgages, insurance, pension or investments, you can easily make an appointment with one of our consultants at an ING branch, or at your home if you would prefer.

Tips and tricks
Even though we are happy to help you wherever we can, there are more tricks to help you get started in Dutch.
- Use Google Translate.
- Get help from a Dutch friend or relative. But remember, always keep your personal information private.
